This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to fill urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in successful placements.
• Proficiently use recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews; assist in negotiating job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of gpac training and all related requirements.

Base salary begins at $35,568 annually (paid $1,482 twice monthly). Additionally, you can earn commissions ranging from $40k to over $500k annually, with no cap on commissions. After the initial waiting period, you will be eligible for gpac benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and a 401(k) plan.
