$36,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

This is a commission-driven role with potential earnings between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Assist in filling urgent positions by partnering with clients.
• Connect clients with qualified candidates for placements.
• Use recruiting tools effectively.
• Cold call, qualify, screen candidates, prepare for interviews, and negotiate job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary starts at $35,568 annually, paid biweekly. Additional commissions can range from $40k to over $500k annually, with no cap. After a waiting period, you can access benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401(k).
