RSC2 is currently looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our growing team!

Requirements:
Responsibilities:
  • Review resumes and applications
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the process
  • Support administrative work on Applicant Tracking System
  • Assist hiring managers with their recruitment needs
  • Draft offer letters through the ATS
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Basic understanding of hiring practices
  • Ability to work with different teams
  • Previous recruiting experience is a plus
