The Junior IT Recruiter and admin will assist in sourcing, attracting, and hiring IT professionals to meet the company's staffing needs. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in IT recruitment. The Junior IT Recruiter will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support various recruitment activities.
The candidate is expected to perform other operational tasks apart from Talent acquisition on need basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing:
- Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Help maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate records of all potential hires.
- Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' basic qualifications and interest in the role.
- Schedule interviews with senior recruiters and hiring managers, coordinating logistics as needed.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work with senior recruiters to understand the specific requirements for IT roles.
- Provide regular updates to the recruitment team on the status of open positions.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Communicate with candidates to keep them informed about the status of their applications and next steps in the hiring process.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and gathering necessary documentation for background verification.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- HR operations:
- Support back-end team with HR operations such as gathering feedback from candidates.
- Liaison between employees and management for any queries.
- Monitor and verify timesheet entries.
- Back end operations:
- Assist in other operations and tasks related to company operations and management.
Preferred candidate
- Candidate with minimum of 6 months to 1 year in Talent Acquisition
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Candidate with exposure to Australia & New Zealand markets
Work timings - Remote working for Australian Time zone
- 4:00 am to 1:00 pm IST Monday to Friday
- 5:00 am to 9:00 am IST Saturdays
