Recruiter Search Consultant Entry Level Remote

Join our team as a Recruiter Search Consultant at an entry level, remote position. This role offers significant earning potential and professional growth opportunities.

Compensation

Base pay range: $35,568.00/yr - $800,000.00/yr. This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
2. Partner with clients to fill urgent positions.
3. Connect clients with qualified candidates for placements.
4. Use recruiting tools effectively.
5. Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in negotiating job offers.
6. Conduct reference checks on candidates.
