• Assist with preparations of presentation and pitch materials for new business pursuits.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for client deliverables and valuation models.
• Read and review real estate documents and prepare abstract reports.
• Serve as point of contact for tracking, management, reporting.
• Review client portfolio data, documents, and due diligence materials.
• Collaborate with senior team members on assigned tasks.
