Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Real Estate, Finance, Political Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Basic understanding of real estate terminology preferred.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting and asset management: assistance in oversight of property operations and asset management for the client’s housing portfolio.
• Conduct market analysis: perform market research, track indicators, and prepare informative market reports and presentations.
• Perform financial modeling: reconcile financial data, complete monthly account statement reviews, and produce reporting packages.
• Contribute to industry research: monitor industry trends, summarize reports, and support the creation of thought leadership content.
• Assist with project coordination: track timelines, monitor project progress, and organize relevant project documentation.
• Prepare presentations and reporting tools: collaborate with the team on materials for client-facing meetings.
• Support team operations: organize meetings, maintain project databases, and contribute to the team’s operational efficiency.
