Placements24 is seeking a Junior Real Estate Agent to join a supportive team in Welkom. This entry-level position provides mentorship and hands-on training across client relations, marketing, and administrative tasks, helping you grow in the real estate industry.

You will learn through exposure to transactions from initial client contact to closing, while contributing to a client-centric and collaborative team environment in the Free State region.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be working towards a valid real estate qualification/license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of the real estate market, with a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment in Welkom.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior agents with listing properties, including preparing marketing materials and conducting showings.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Schedule property viewings and open houses, coordinating with clients and sellers.
• Conduct market research to assist with property valuations and competitive analysis.
• Maintain client records and update the company's CRM system with property information.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, such as drafting offers and coordinating paperwork.
