Placements24 is seeking a driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join a growing Welkom team. You will generate leads, present properties, and guide buyers through the sales process with professionalism and integrity.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in real estate or related sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a self-motivated, independent work style with a valid driver’s license. A generous commission structure and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in real estate sales or a related sales field.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of property sales process and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Welkom real estate market.
• Conduct property viewings, present properties to buyers, and provide comprehensive information.
• Manage the sales process from inquiry to closing.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of listings, market values, and competitor activity.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
