Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Junior PSOC Administrator to provide 24x7 monitoring of customer IT-enabled mission services and infrastructure in Springfield, VA. The role supports large-scale federal operations with 24/7 shifts and requires TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8140/IAT I, and background screening.

Responsibilities include monitoring systems, communicating resolutions with on-site teams, and contributing to service restoration meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years relevant experience or
• Associate’s Degree and 4+ years relevant experience or
• HS/GED Degree and 6+ years relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor the status of assigned and supported operational systems and services.
• Actively monitor the approved tools for critical server error notifications.
• Communicate with on-site O&S support for resolutions.
• Respond to phone calls requesting production systems support and attempt to resolve the issue during the initial call.
• Provide timely status updates to ESC personnel in preparation for briefings.
• Participate in Service Restoration meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
