Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years relevant experience or Associate's Degree with 4+ years relevant experience.
• DoD 8140, IAT Level I
• Security+ CE within 6 months
• TS/SCI Clearance and successful background/drug screening

Responsibilities

• Provide daily systems engineering and operations support for enterprise IT infrastructure and monitoring across UNIX and Windows.
• Monitor fault and performance using Enterprise Management tools for high availability.
• Assist integration and optimization of monitoring tools and incident workflows.
• Support rapid incident triage, log outages, and draft RCAs/AARs.
• Analyze networks and data flows to identify gaps and inform architecture diagrams.
