Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 0–1 year of experience in Project Management or related role.

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project milestones, track deliverables, and help maintain project schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate project goals, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and action items.
• Coordinate project meetings, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Support resource planning and help teams prioritize activities based on objectives.
• Track project performance against timelines, scope, and goals.
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Use Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project to organize tasks and monitor progress.
• Communicate updates and potential challenges to stakeholders.
• Support Agile workflows, sprint planning, and progress tracking.
