Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Creative Project Manager to partner with the Director of Creative Project Management to plan, strategize, and execute creative work, meeting timelines and expectations. This role requires meticulous time management and strong communication to collaborate across departments, with a focus on leveraging AI tools for workflows, tracking, and asset management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant Project Management work experience.
• Familiarity/experience with Asana or other project management software.
• Experience building roadmaps, trackers, and strategic plans for cross-functional projects.
• Agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up timelines and communicate across multiple teams working on the same project.
• Manage team tasks and help ensure proper, timely completion.
• Build relationships with various departments to foster cross-team collaboration.
• Help develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of Pattern.
• Assist with escalated issues on priorities, goals, strategies, resources, and key initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven tools to increase efficiency in project tracking and asset management.
