Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional projects through full project lifecycle from planning to transition.
• Coordinate activities, priorities, and resources across Product Support and other teams.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track actions to completion.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and communicate delays when needed.
• Maintain project documentation and deliver executive status updates.
