Agency Cybersecurity is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives across customer operations, customer success, finance and internal operations. This is a fast-paced startup role designed for someone who thrives on variety and ownership.

You will work with senior leaders to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward, using modern project management platforms and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in business operations, consulting, customer success, finance, or similar role.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technically proficient and comfortable using modern SaaS tools.
• Curious, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
• Bonus if you have startup experience.
• Bonus if you have worked in professional services, consulting, or compliance-driven industries.
• Bonus if you have experience using AI tools to increase productivity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects across customer success, operations, and finance.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor task completion and follow up with stakeholders.
• Support client-facing project coordination and onboarding processes.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, documentation, and operational reporting.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Use project management software (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.) to manage task flow.
• Leverage AI tools to automate tracking, reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Prepare executive summaries and internal performance updates.
• Float across departments to support various initiatives.
