Job summary

Offchain is seeking a highly organized Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence. You will own SOC 2 initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage high-priority security and technical projects in a fast-growing crypto tech environment.

The role requires 4+ years in business operations or related fields, exceptional PM skills, and strong SOC2 experience. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Security+ and PMP are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business operations or related fields.
• Exceptional project management skills to drive complex cross-functional projects to completion.
• Strong experience with SOC 2.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in startup/crypto fintech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ad hoc operational priorities and projects.
• Own and drive SOC2 operations and processes.
• Partner with internal teams including People, IT, Finance, Security, and Operations.
• Expertly project manage across teams on high-visibility technical projects.
• Drive documentation, evidence collection, and process improvements for compliance.
• Establish project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders and ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Identify risks and blockers early and proactively resolve them.
