Agency Cybersecurity is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives across customer operations, customer success, finance and internal operations. This is a fast-paced startup role designed for someone who thrives on variety and ownership.

You will work with senior leaders to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward, using modern project management platforms and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in business operations, consulting, customer success, finance, or similar role.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technically proficient and comfortable using modern SaaS tools.
• Curious, adaptable, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects across customer success, operations, and finance.
