Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Project Engineer 1 to support construction and field execution on projects. You will assist with general construction management, punch lists, and self-perform work while aligning with JE Dunn’s best practices, strategy and values.

You’ll work with project teams to monitor crew size, materials, and schedules, participate in QA/QC efforts, and help prepare daily/weekly reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Entry level construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Assists with QA/QC planning to ensure task quality.
• Supports estimating and change management processes and tools.
• On-site support with project team for manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Prepares project documentation and reports such as daily/weekly progress.
• Updates drawings and specifications with latest information.
• Participates in project meetings and disseminates required documentation.
• Supports project close-out with punch lists and as-built drawings.
