Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company seeks an entry-level Project Engineer within the Advanced Facilities Group (AFG). You will engage on site with the project team, supporting safety, QA/QC, estimating, procurement, and daily reporting processes for diverse industrial projects across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with foremen, subcontractors, and project leadership while applying Lean principles and construction means/methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, or related field required.
• Entry level construction experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and participate in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Support QA/QC planning for assigned tasks.
• Assist with estimating, change management, and take-off processes.
• Work on site with project team supporting materials, crew size, hours and equipment.
• Prepare and document punch lists, inspections, safety reviews, and quality reviews.
• Create and maintain project reports and schedules to support project delivery.
