Quanta Government Solutions seeks an entry-level Project Coordinator I to support Engineering Unit teams focused on transmission line and substation design. You will help ensure documentation, communication, and workflows are organized, current, and traceable to keep engineering work moving smoothly.

The role embeds with project teams, serving as the backbone of project execution and helping develop proficiency in engineering processes, QA/QC, and document control within Procore and related

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related administrative or technical experience, or 2+ years as a PMA I or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams; comfortable with new systems and defined processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items through to closure.
• Coordinate internal and client communications and drive follow-up on open items.
• Attend project meetings and clearly communicate task progress, needs, obstacles, and timelines.
• File key project correspondence and maintain traceability of decisions and approvals.
• Maintain project documentation using Procore, Autodesk Vault, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Assist in compiling construction packages and preparing transmittals.
