Job summary

Flintco, a leader in construction services, seeks an early-career Project Engineer – Project Controls to build expertise in cost management, forecasting, and performance reporting on utility-scale solar projects.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Finance to collect and analyze project data, support budgeting processes, and grow技能 in Power BI and ERP platforms while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Interest in construction project controls and related fields.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Flintco’s project controls processes, systems, reporting standards, and construction terminology.
• Assist project teams with cost tracking, forecasting, and EAC development.
• Track actual, committed, forecasted, and remaining costs against budgets.
• Maintain cost reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Support development of project progress, productivity, and production-tracking tools.
• Prepare and maintain reports on cost, manpower, progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Travel to project sites as required.
