Job summary

Flintco is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support utility-scale solar and energy storage projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout. You will assist the Project Manager coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors, scheduling, cost control, QA and client communications while ensuring safety, schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Track budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expenditures.
• Support subcontract management and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with field supervision, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure safety, quality assurance, and client communications.
