Qualifications

Zero to three years of professional, internship, co-op, or related project experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or an equivalent combination.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Learn and apply Flintco’s project controls processes, systems, reporting standards, and construction terminology.
Assist project teams with cost tracking, forecasting, and EAC development.
Track actual costs, committed costs, forecasted costs, and remaining costs against project budgets.
Help maintain the consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of project cost reporting.
Support the development and maintenance of project progress, productivity, and production-tracking tools.
Collect and organize project data used to measure performance against goals.
