Ibility LLC is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives. The role collaborates with government stakeholders, project teams, and cross-functional partners to develop deliverables, track performance, and ensure alignment with contract requirements.

Responsibilities include meeting coordination, preparation of dashboards and briefings, and documentation to support evaluations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience supporting federal, healthcare, technology, or program management initiatives.
• Experience coordinating project activities and maintaining meeting schedules and minutes.
• Experience creating MS Office presentations, trackers, status reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Develop project deliverables, executive briefings, dashboards, and status reports.
• Support planning, pilot activities, and performance tracking across digital health initiatives.
• Communicate with government stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.
• Collect and analyze project information to support reporting and decision-making.
• Monitor milestones and escalate risks to the Program Manager.
• Prepare and maintain monthly dashboards and program reports for contract reporting.
