Job summary

Ibility LLC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to serve as a senior advisor for planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives in federal health tech. You will work with government stakeholders, project teams, and cross‑functional partners to produce executive briefings, dashboards, and reports, guiding decisions and ensuring timely outcomes.

This contingent role (Aug/Sept 2026) involves project leadership, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across digital health and AI

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
Five (5) or more years of professional experience supporting or leading federal, healthcare, technology, digital transformation, or program management initiatives.
Demonstrated experience leading project activities or workstreams, including project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagements, or discovery sessions while building consensus across cross‑functional teams.
Experience developing executive‑level briefings, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and other client‑facing deliverables.
Experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing complex information into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently while exercising sound judgment and initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience presenting information to senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects and workstreams in support of digital health, AI, and healthcare innovation initiatives.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagements while fostering collaboration and consensus among stakeholders, project teams, and external partners.
Develop executive‑level briefings, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and other client‑facing deliverables that effectively communicate project status, risks, and recommendations.
Lead project planning activities, monitor project milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues to support successful project delivery
Coordinate with government stakeholders/Contracting Officer and project teams to facilitate communication and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Lead the development of monthly implementation progress dashboards, monthly program status reports, executive briefing materials, digital health pipeline dashboards, and other project deliverables to support contract reporting requirements and Government decision‑making
Lead project kickoff meetings and support the development of evaluation plans and project completion reports while ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with contract requirements
Perform other programmatic, analytical, and strategic duties as assigned in support of contract objectives
