Job summary

Precise Systems seeks a Program Analyst, Junior to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The selected candidate will perform business support duties (filing, calls, scheduling, travel) and provide programmatic support to executives, including office management, budgeting, personnel records and payroll. This is an in-office position.

This role requires in-person work and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of related work experience accepted as substitution.
• 0–3 years of experience in duties listed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Office staff with business and programmatic support and organizational tasking.
• Manage front end activities, answer phone, daily paperwork, greet customers, replace toner and stock up on paper.
• Collect mail and receive packages, route to the addressed individual.
• Procure office supplies and maintain calendars for scheduling meetings.
• Format correspondence and route for review and signature.
• Update charts for accuracy for the customer’s view.
• Check in/out visitors and brief them on policies and procedures.
• Set up Audio and VTC bridges and coordinate training requirements.
