Job summary

Architectural Systems Inc in Bonsall, CA is seeking an Associate Product Specialist to own deals in the metal panel division, manage RFQs, and drive projects to close onsite. You will work with estimators and project teams, honing architectural specifications and technical sales, with a growth-oriented environment that supports professional development.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in building products sales, strong CRM skills, and a basic understanding of envelopes and drawings.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial construction or building products sales.
• Foundational knowledge of building envelope systems and architectural drawings.
• Strong CRM usage for high-volume sales pipelines.
• Ability to read and analyze construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Own deals from qualification to close, coordinating with general contractors.
• Enforce the 3-Day/3-Bidder rule to secure three bidders within three days.
• Manage RFQ processes and vendor relationships, prepare project quotes.
• Advance deals from Hot List to PO/LOI and handover to operations.
• Use HubSpot and Pipedrive to track communications and update pipeline.
• Support project specialists and estimators with documents and notes.
