Job summary

Architectural Systems Inc (ASI) is seeking an Application Engineer for architectural panels to own deals and drive commercial building envelope projects onsite in Bonsall, CA. You will collaborate with estimators and sales professionals to move opportunities from RFQ to PO, mastering architectural specifications and technical sales.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in building products sales, reading drawings, and CRM use (HubSpot or Pipedrive).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in building products sales or commercial construction
• Ability to read and analyze architectural drawings and specifications
• Strong written and verbal communication with organized task follow-through

Responsibilities

• Own assigned deals and qualify bidders to advance projects
• Manage RFQ processes and draft project quotes
• Track communications and ensure data hygiene in CRM
• Handover to operations with clear documentation
• Support estimators and project specialists with technical docs
