Tegral Europe is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join its Northern European sales team, focusing on developing new business opportunities and building customer relationships while selling polymers such as PP and PE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Recent graduates or 1–2 years in sales or commercial roles encouraged.
• No prior polymers/B2B sales required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and customer visits.
• Promote and sell commodity polymers (PP and PE) to manufacturers and industrial customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate products and commercial solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to identify opportunities.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline to hit targets.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Travel within Northern Europe to build relationships.
