Job summary

Vinmar International is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our Northern European sales team. You will focus on developing new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving sales of polymers, with emphasis on personal initiative and results.

Recent graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of commercial experience are encouraged to apply. Fluency in German, Dutch, and English is required; travel within Northern Europe will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German, Dutch, and English is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and customer visits.
• Promote and sell polymers to manufacturers, converters, and industrial customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and commercial solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing developments to identify commercial opportunities.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline to achieve established sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel throughout assigned markets to develop business and strengthen customer relationships.
