• Experience in business with raw materials or additives for polymer processing and/or rubber compounding is mandatory.
• Sales mindset with the ability to represent the company at negotiations and build trustful relationships.
• Willingness to learn and use CRM systems and understand figures and statistics.
• Flexible yet organized to handle diverse challenges.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–50%.
• Business-fluent English and local language.

Responsibilities

• You are the industry expert and leader turning market knowledge into business growth across Europe.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers while enabling the sales team to develop these industries.
• Provide sales professionals with compelling customer value propositions and actionable market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Logistics; leverage New Products Team for portfolio development.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers across technical, purchasing and management functions.
• Deepen understanding of customer industries and translate it into strategic guidance.
