Future Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager (Junior or Experienced level) to grow and manage key customer relationships for a leading PVC compounds supplier.

You will deliver sales budgets, pursue new opportunities, and drive margin enhancement through structured selling and proactive negotiations. This role requires managing major accounts on-site with customers at production sites and offices, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field sales role with a structured selling process.
• Proven track record of profitable sales growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in polymer industry preferred.
• Good MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage major accounts including project coordination and pricing.
• Deliver the sales budget for assigned regional/key accounts.
• Grow business with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and support product development with customers.
• Collaborate with UK Sales & Technical Team and Commercial Director for UK & Ireland.
