Starwood Hotels is seeking a fast-learning, highly creative Junior Pastry Chef to lead and inspire the pastry team across production and presentation. You'll mentor staff and maintain the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 3 years of pastry experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility for a 24-hour operation. A post-secondary diploma would be a plus.

About you...

• Passionate about desserts and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
• A post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• An expert in pastry production, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
