Job summary

Minimum 3 years in pastry, a post-secondary diploma is a plus, and strong communication skills are essential for guest and team interaction.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of pastry-related experience.

• Expert in pastry production with leadership skills and guest/team engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Passionate about desserts and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
• A post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• An expert in pastry production, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
