Starwood Hotels invites a fast-learning, highly creative Junior Pastry Sous Chef to lead and inspire the pastry team from production to exquisite presentation. You will mentor staff, drive collaboration, and contribute to guest delight with innovative desserts in a 24-hour operation.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in pastry, a post-secondary diploma is a plus, and strong leadership and communication skills to engage both guests and team members.
