What Success Looks Like
A successful Junior OEM Sales Representative becomes an increasingly independent and capable member of the OEM Sales organization. They consistently generate customer activity, uncover new opportunities, expand AMOT's relationships within OEM accounts, and convert those activities into measurable revenue growth.
They develop a strong understanding of AMOT's products, markets, applications, and the rotating equipment our products support and are increasingly able to conduct customer conversations without relying on others to lead the discussion. They are curious, technically inclined, comfortable initiating conversations, persistent in following opportunities, and disciplined in documenting their activity within the CRM.
Over time, the successful individual develops from supporting the OEM Sales Manager into a trusted customer-facing salesperson capable of independently developing opportunities, managing customer relationships, and assuming greater responsibility for OEM accounts and revenue growth.
