Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT related field.
• 0–3 years in junior system administration or NOC support.
• Foundational understanding of Windows/Linux system administration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers, operating systems, and core services using monitoring and ticketing tools, reviewing alerts, opening and updating tickets, and prioritizing actions based on business impact.
• Execute patching, basic configuration changes, service restarts, backup verification, and user/group management according to SOPs.
• Assist with troubleshooting common system issues and escalate beyond runbook guidance.
• Maintain accurate system documentation including inventories, baselines, changes, and incident logs.
• Participate in coordinated incident response, backup and recovery activities, and security-related monitoring tasks.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to gather diagnostics and validate restorations.
• Support adherence to incident, change, and configuration management processes.
