Job summary

Scale Computing, Inc. is seeking a Junior Support Analyst for our Austin, TX office. You’ll be the first contact for customers using Managed Networking Services, diagnosing Tier 1 issues, and documenting solutions to help maintain high customer satisfaction.

You will interact with cross-functional teams, escalate complex problems, and follow established support processes to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting is expected.
Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude; quick to adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Handle multiple calls, emails, tickets, and chats daily.
Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 issues for Scale Computing products/services.
Document interactions and solutions for knowledge sharing.
Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
