ISSE Services is seeking a Junior Network Operations Center Analyst to join our team in Clearfield, UT. You will learn security best practices, tool administration, and essential security skills in a growth-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have help desk experience with Windows/Linux or networking equipment, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication. The role supports a 24x7 operations center, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years in a NOC, Helpdesk, or computer technician role.
• CompTIA Security+ required; other certs are nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues following senior technicians' steps.
• Log and track requests using ITSM tools; perform password resets and access support.
• Escalate complex issues to mid-level admins per procedures; take notes to assist others.
• Coordinate with the SOC to ensure task closure in 24x7 operations.
