Job summary

Brivo, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Technical Support Agent to handle high-volume, multi-channel requests from our Austin headquarters. Monday–Friday shifts with potential overtime on Saturdays and holidays will support electronics, networking, and security technology.

You will resolve issues, test new technologies, and document interactions while assisting Inside Sales and Sales Engineering teams. Strong communication and two years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to explain technical issues to both technical and nontechnical users.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with or able to quickly learn hardware and software.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Familiarity with Linux.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Accepting support requests via chat, phone, and email.
• Manage multiple cases using Zoho Desk ticketing system.
• Support Inside Sales and Sales Engineering Teams.
• Test and evaluate new technologies.
• Develop camera support files.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
