Job summary

A leading IT staffing company is looking for a Configuration Analyst I in Hamilton, Ohio. The role involves configuring various networking devices, troubleshooting issues, and supporting Network Engineers. Candidates should be familiar with ISO network layers and have an understanding of WiFi protocols. Qualifications

• Desired certifications include CCENT or better.
• Network Device certifications (Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, etc.) are beneficial.
• Network+ certification is a desired qualification.

Responsibilities

• Use laptop connectivity to configure routers, firewalls, AP and switches.
• Troubleshoot network equipment and manage return merchandise authorizations.
• Assist Network Engineers with device configurations and documentation.

Skills

General understanding of ISO network layers and level 3 device configurations

General understanding of WiFi protocols and devices

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
