Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years engineering experience.
• Experience performing ship/boat checks onboard craft.
• Experience in static and dynamic analyses per standards.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of marine propulsion systems to support evaluations.
• Analyze ship/boat-board auxiliary systems (cooling, fuel, HVAC, water, sewage).
• Conduct fluid dynamics analyses per military/industrial standards.
• Develop 2D CAD drawings and 3D models of piping and components.
• Create Boat Alteration drawings for installation and modification.
• Gather parameters from onboard checks for BOATALT drawings.
• Perform static and dynamic analyses of components for foundations and bolts.
