Qualifications

• Mortgage product knowledge is helpful but not required.
• A self-starter who is driven to perform consistently at a very high level.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Consult with potential loan applicants and explain home loan products to build relationships.
• Gather financial information to aid loan applications and assess eligibility.
• Monitor sales pipeline, meet sales targets, and generate new business opportunities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Take and make calls generated from our Best in Class Marketing Machine provides a strong pool of leads to call
• Consult with potential loan applicants – answer questions and provide additional information about home loan products to create personal relationships
• Gather financial information to assist with loan applications, prepare loan files, and assess applicants’ financial situation and eligibility
• Monitor sales pipeline, meet sales expectations, get referrals, and generate new business opportunities
• Work in an Office on a team and accelerate your learning

Experience & Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities)

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Associates or Bachelor’s is preferred
• 1-3 years of sales- related experience
• Strong organizational skills
