Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis of borrower statements, projections, cash flow, leverage, liquidity, and repayment capacity.
• Assess industry trends, business models, competitive dynamics, and risks.
• Prepare credit memoranda with transaction structure, risk, mitigants, and recommendations.
• Conduct covenant testing, risk rating updates, and borrower performance assessments.
• Respond to internal/external information requests related to portfolio accounts and credit transactions.
• Produce portfolio monitoring reports, stress tests, risk dashboards, and credit exposure analyses.
• Assist with ad hoc analyses on portfolio trends and risk metrics.
• Maintain data accuracy across credit systems and reporting tools.
