Job summary

Truist is seeking a Middle Market Credit Delivery Analyst in Atlanta to perform detailed financial analysis, evaluate borrower risk, and assist with portfolio management. You will work under supervision to build underwriting and credit administration skills while supporting senior team members.

The role emphasizes adherence to credit policy, data accuracy, and collaboration with internal partners to support new business and client retention in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 0-1+ years of related financial services work experience
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Competitive drive and high work ethic, self-starter, team-oriented
• Solid interpersonal skills
• High level of adaptability and flexibility with strong organizational and time management skills
• Solid understanding of business, finance, and accounting

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis of borrower financial statements, projections, cash flow, leverage, liquidity, and repayment capacity.
• Assess industry trends, business models, competitive dynamics, and key risks impacting borrower performance.
• Prepare credit memoranda presenting transaction structure, risk assessment, mitigants, and clear credit recommendations.
• Conduct periodic financial reviews, covenant testing, risk rating updates, and borrower performance assessments.
• Respond to internal and external information requests related to portfolio accounts and credit transactions.
• Produce portfolio monitoring reports, stress tests, risk dashboards, and credit exposure analyses.
• Assist with ad hoc analyses relating to portfolio trends, industry concentrations, and credit quality metrics.
• Maintain data accuracy across credit systems and reporting tools.
