Job summary

Truist in Atlanta is seeking a Middle Market Credit Delivery Associate who will contribute to underwriting complex credit relationships, analyze financial statements, and craft risk-adjusted credit structures. You will support senior bankers, coordinate with Relationship Managers, and help ensure adherence to credit policy while growing ownership of components of opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4+ years in Commercial, Corporate, Leveraged, or Investment Banking or credit-focused environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication documenting analyses, risks and recommendations.
• Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentations.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates diligence and underwriting documentation for complex credit relationships.
• Analyzes financial statements and documents client performance with risk mitigants.
• Supports VP/SVP and mentors junior teammates.
• Ensures compliance with credit policy and related procedures.
• Interacts with Relationship Manager and Credit partners to close transactions.
