Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group is seeking an entry-level Mechanical Engineering Graduate for a structured training path through our Engineering Development Program (EDT). You will support design teams, perform CAD/BIM drafting, and learn to coordinate across trades while contributing to diverse projects worldwide.

You will engage in an accelerated curriculum, mentored by senior engineers, and gain hands-on experience in mechanical design, drawing standards, and project delivery within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Winter 2026, Spring or Summer 2027 graduation window.
• MEP AutoCAD proficiency; REVIT experience is a plus.
• E.I.T. or FE preferred.
• Previous engineering internship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create basic designs under the direction of the senior engineer/senior designer.
• Learn drawing organization and company standards.
• Perform CAD/BIM-drafting for a variety of projects to understand architectural engineering design.
• Coordinate with the designs of other trades under guidance of senior staff.
• Support designs and engineering for systems for new installations, retrofits, replacements, and upgrades.
• Take ownership of completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of assignments.
• Assist engineers with field investigations and site visits for project coordination.
