Syska Hennessy Group is seeking an entry-level Mechanical Engineering Graduate in California to join our global engineering team. You will support designers and engineers, learn CAD/BIM practices, and contribute to multiple projects across diverse sectors.

The role emphasizes collaboration, hands-on learning, and participation in our Engineering Development Program (EDT) to grow technical and professional skills. A bachelor’s degree is required, with FE/EIT preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; FE or EIT preferred.
• Familiarity with MEP AutoCAD; REVIT experience considered a plus.
• Proficient in design and calculation software; MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create basic designs under the direction of senior engineers/senior designers.
• Perform CAD/BIM-drafting for a variety of projects to understand architectural engineering design.
• Coordinate with other trades under guidance of senior staff.
