Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by telephone and in person.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance.
• Learn CXone and other systems to support member requests.
• Assist with wire transfers and currency exchanges.
• Maintain records and comply with policies and security procedures.
• Provide courteous, professional service across service channels.
