Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking an Associate Member Services Representative to provide exceptional member service and learn foundational branch operations. The role covers answering inquiries in person and by phone, processing transactions, and assisting with account maintenance under supervision.

As an entry-level position, candidates will develop skills in CXone, cash handling, and basic financial services while adhering to all policies and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary member service by answering inquiries in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Process transactions accurately and balance a cash drawer per standards.
• Assist with cash vault, ATM, teller cash dispenser, and coin sorter operations.
• Open basic accounts following standard procedures with supervision.
• Assist with wire transfers, currency exchange, and account maintenance.
• Support other departments to fulfill member requests and maintain records.
